Photography Services - Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

1.1. To secure a photography session, £30 non-refundable booking fee is required.

1.2. Full payment is due 3 days before the scheduled session.

1.3. Payment can be made through bank transfer.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

2.1. Clients may cancel or reschedule a session by providing at least 48 hours notice.

2.2. The booking fee is non-refundable in the case of cancellation.

2.3. Sylwia Garczewska Photography reserves the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or equipment failure.

3. Photography Session

3.1. The duration of a standard photography session is 1,5 hours. Additional time may be added at an extra cost.

3.2. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all necessary permissions and permits are obtained for shooting in specific locations.

3.3. The photographer retains creative control over the choice of locations and poses.

4. Delivery of Images

4.1. The photographer will deliver the final 15 color and black and white edited images within 4 weeks. 

4.2. Clients will receive the images in jpg form on email or a pendrive with the company logo.

5. Usage Rights

5.1. Sylwia Garczewska Photography retains copyright to all images.

5.2. Clients are granted personal usage rights and may print, share, and display images for personal use only.

5.3. Commercial use of images is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

6. Model Release

6.1. Clients grant Sylwia Garczewska Photography the right to use images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to online portfolios and social media.

6.2. Clients may request in writing to exclude specific images from public display.

7. Image Editing

7.1. The photographer will provide professionally edited images.

7.2. Requests for additional photos, editing or retouching may incur extra charges.

8. Client Cooperation

8.1. Clients are encouraged to communicate preferences, ideas, and any concerns before or during the photography session.
